For groups of 10 people or more, we require pre-ordering of food. The entire company must choose the same menu, but we naturally take vegetarians, vegans and all allergies into account!

MAIN COURSE: Frida y Diego Celebracion:
We would like to offer an extra exclusive entrée with the very best ingredients from both sea and land, prepared with the greatest love. We start with a ceviche of klipsk served on tostadas with a thick jalapeño cheese sauce. While you’re eating this, we’ll be grilling juicy tenderloin, chicken, chorizo ​​from Santa Julia and scampi on skewers marinated in ajillo butter. This is served with sautéed vegetables, ajillo potatoes and padron paprika. To complement the whole dish, you get the best selection of our moles (thick sauces): i.a. mole poblano and mole de huitlacoche. Of course also Mexican-style rice and charros beans. A feast!

APPETIZER: Sopa Azteca
Tortilla soup based on guajillo chili, onion, tomato and garlic. Topped with avocado, sour cream, fresh cheese and chicharon.

MAIN COURSE: Filet en mole de huiatalcoche:
200g grilled tenderloin on a bed of huitlacochemole (traditional Mexican corn truffle sauce). Served with sautéed vegetables, potato/carrot leek and topped with fried leek and spinach.

DESSERT: Sorbet of the day.

APPETIZER: Ceviche de camaron:
Scampi marinated with lime, onion, chilli, coriander and cucumber. Served with mango salsa and homemade nachos.

MAIN COURSE: Pollo con mole:
Grilled chicken fillet served in mole sauce, topped with marinated onions and fried spinach. Served with Mexican-style rice and potatoes in ajillo butter.
Inh. Sesame seeds, walnuts, sulphite, wheat and lactose.

DESSERT: Volcan de chocolate:
Chocolate fondant. Served with vanilla ice cream, cajeta, almond crumbs and the fruit of the day. It takes a little extra time in the oven, but it’s worth the wait.
